what would be the best and the cheapest car to buy in 2007 models? i was thinking between KIA rio, Chevrolete Aveo 5, Honday iam not sure what. all these car are priced from $9,000 for Aveo, about $11,000 for kia, and same goes for honday.

"Best" and "cheapest" don't really belong together. Like the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for". Cheap cars can bite you later with poor re-sale value, costly repairs, and cheap bits that fall apart after a few years.
That said, if getting the cheapest possible new car is your only concern, I would stick with Kia/Hyundai (they are the same company), if only because they have the best warranty in the biz (5 year bumper-to-bumper, compared to a 3 year warranty from virtually every other car maker). They have also made great strides in quality in the past 6-7 years, so it's not like they're junk. But if you buy one and decide you don't like it after all after a couple years, don't expect to get much for it in trade-in.

Hyundai. They have gotten a lot better, still have a low price tag, come with a lot of a standard features, and offer a tremendously long warranty. Reliability ratings have shown that they actually fare quite well. The one problem with them is people often still perceive them as lesser cars, so they tend to lose value quickly.
If you're just looking for something to drive for a long time, and want lots of standard features and safety, they are generally a safe bet.

The best would be a High Priced car. Quality cost alot more to produce. A cheap car is low cost & low quality.

Like another person said, "cheap" and "best" are mutually exclusive qualities. Not just when applied to cars.
