Rubelina sounds like a phonetic combination of two names, "Ruby" and "Lena." Ruby, of course, refers to a red jewel while Lena is usually a shortened form of Angelina (a diminutive form of Angel). Thus, Rubelina literally means "little red angel". Thank goodness, most of us don't think of the literal meaning of our names.

Signed,
"Hazelnut Bright " (or at least that's the literal meaning of my first and middle names)

Not an English or medical term. If it's a name of a person, you should have used a capital R. It would be a girl's name, and have something to do with the color red, such as in a ruby. (The name for measles is rubella.)
