Accidentally I took a drink of pepsi that had mold in it. I quickly spit it out and rinsed my mouth out with water. ((The whole incedent was am accident I was aiming for my drink not a dirty one)) Could I get sick? If so with what because I want to prevent getting sick. Don't give me some smart alek comment like clean more. Should I brush my teeth to get out any mold? Or am I just overacting?

The chance of you getting sick from such an event is less than 1% and that 1% would depend on testing of the mold to see if it had any infectious properties. You did the right thing by rinse your mouth out with water. Don't worry too much, your mouth and stomach are full of digestive products which will almost always kill off bad stuff not meant to get past the good ole GI tract :)

I doubt you will have a problem since you got rid of it quickly but if you feel better, use some Listerine which is excellent for killing germs. You might also want to take 8 to 10 Garlic capsules for a week or two just to help build up the immune system.

You'll be fine. I live in florida where it is very humid. Bread doesn't last long here before it turns moldy. I have bitten into a peice of bread only to discover it was completely covered in mold on the bottom, plenty of times.

if you didn't throw up within 15 minutes or so, then nothing. Mold itself has no interest in your body. it won't grow in you damage you in anyway.
some molds do produce chemicals that can cause nausea or in weird cases halucinations (one argument for the Salem witch trials was mold on rye used to make bread). but the effect would be very quick.

Nothing should happen, but you may want to rinse your mouth out, and brush your teeth anyway. (Just in case) However, I wouldn't worry about it.

Nothing is going to happen to you. I know it has happened to me and nothing is wrong with me. Look at all those street people who are eating those gross stuff and they are ok, lol. You will be just fine.
