No.

At least the last 7 popes were ordained as diocesan priests not religious priests much less ordained as Jesuits.

+ Pius XI (1922-39) ordained for the Archdiocese of Milano {Milan}
+ Pius XII (1939-58) ordained for the Diocese of Roma {Rome}
+ John XXIII (1958-63) ordained for the Diocese of Bergamo
+ Paul VI (1963-78) ordained for the Diocese of Brescia
+ John Paul I (1978) ordained for the Diocese of Belluno-Feltre
+ John Paul II (1978-2005) ordained for the Archdiocese of Kraków {Cracow}
+ Benedict XVI (2005—) ordained for the Archdiocese of München und Freising {Munich}

There are two types of Catholic priests:

+ A religious priests is ordained into a religious order like the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) or Franciscans. He receives duty assignments from superiors in their respective religious orders. Some religious priests specialize in teaching, whereas others serve as missionaries in foreign countries, where they may live under difficult and primitive conditions. Other religious priests live a communal life in monasteries, where they devote their lives to prayer, study, and assigned work. These priests take vows of chastity, poverty, and obedience.

A diocesan priest is ordained to serve in a specific geographical area (called a diocese). He ministers under the leadership of a bishop, and will more than likely serve as a parish priest. These priests take vows of chastity and obedience but not poverty.

With love in Christ.

No, there is no requirement that Popes belong to the Jesuit order. Any baptized male is eligible for the office of Pope in theory.

The current Pope is not a religious priest (i.e he does not belong to an order such as the Jesuits.) Neither was his predecessor, John Paul II. Both were diocesan priests, which is the normal route to the papacy.
