My boyfriend bites the inside of his cheek, i was wondering if maybe he is taking some kind of drug, because he never used to do this? Please help!

Sometimes these things happen. Did to me. Not because of drugs. My teeth and jaw were changing due to cavities. Was afraid to go to dentist. After I did, no more biting. Caries swelled the teeth toward cheek.

It could also be epilepsy causing him to do that. I know someone who bites the inside of her cheek when she is having a seizure, and doesn't remember doing it afterward--until her mouth becomes sore.

I like to chew on the inside of my cheek too! It's fun.
But it's probably not a result of drugs unless you see a change in his personality.

How much of his cheek has he bitten off.I bet that by now he has a big hole where his cheek used to be.Was he bleeding much when he was munching his cheek.

it may be due to tooth irregularity,errupting third molar,due to stress. first figure out etiology of it then do treatment
