The amount of weight you can lose with a colon cleanse depends on how much matter is left in your intestines. The average person has 5-20 pounds of matter, so you can lose a decent amount.
For colon cleansing home remedies, the best thing would be going for juice fasting for 3- 5 days or eat a diet high in fiber and drink your recommended amount of water.
For colon cleansing products, Cellular Research, Dr. Natura, Dr. Schulze, Enuvia, Health Plus, Nature's Secret and Oxy-Powder are quite among popular among the industry.

the new fad of colon cleanse products, especially the ones you see on early morning infomercials, is a scam and can be extremely dangerous. they are targeted at older people who are bowel obsessed and freak out if they don't crap at least twice a day. colon cleansing is unnecessary and unnatural. your body has things under control in that department and it's not a good idea to go messing with things, it will only disrupt the natural processes. as long as you are not feeling uncomfortable (excessive bloating and pressure) don't mess with things!

There is no benefit to having a colon cleanse. There are no toxins that build up in the colon. It is a hoax.
