She never met Krishna personally. She heard of His unlimited transcendental qualities and fell in love with him. She was concerned that she was going to have to marry Shishupaul (arranged marriage by her father) She wrote a letter and had it sent to Krishna hoping He would come to and save her. Krishna arranged to kidnap her at her arranged wedding day and save her from this terrible demon Shishupal. There was no one else for Rukmini, but Krishna and Krishna saved the day.

Actually, RUKMINI never saw Lord Krishna before her marriage and only heard about him and fell in love with him.

But, It is said that Krsna lived at Dvaraka as the husband of the goddess of fortune. Queen Rukmini is the goddess of fortune, and all the other queens are her expansions. So Rukmini was always seeing Lord Krishna even before her marriage to him

Rukmini was the daughter of Bhishmaka, the king of Vidarbha.Another school of thought says that Rukmini was the daughter of King Bhismaka of Kundil in Upper Assam.Bhismaka was the vassal of King Jarasandha of Magadha. She fell in love with and longed for Krishna, whose virtue, character, charm and greatness she had heard much of. Krishna, likewise fell in love with Rukmini as she was the most sought after, virtuous and beautiful princess on Earth. Rukmini's eldest brother Rukmi though was a friend of evil King Kamsa, who was killed by Krishna, and was set against the marriage.-

I think he meets her once, and she falls in love with him. Her brother Rukmi arranges a marriage with Sishupal, who Rukmini doesn't want to marry. She sends letters to Krishna asking him to save her and to marry her.

Not a single time. That marriage was a secondclass marriage where the bride is taken by force by the groom.

Sage Narada visited Rukmani and his father and narrated the exploits of Lord. Hearing them she realized Lord is the only person to whom She thought of Surrendering herself

I thought it was just once, in the chariot before the fight between Krishna and Rukmini. But I could be wrong.

Well, seeing as they are both demons, it is highly possible that during their "marriage", black rites were carried out. During these black rites numerous human sacrifices would have taken place. Perhaps they drank the blood of their victims, who knows.
