If Christians can find an excuse not to follow these verses because they are “Pauls opinion” but the rest of the Bible is the “absolute word of God” then aren’t Christians just picking and choosing what their desires agree with ??

I say Trinity and other concepts are “Pauls Opinion” but nobody is ready to agree with that because it goes against the desires of most Christians.

That means the Bible is not the “WORD OF GOD”, it is just a book written by men and Christians follow it because its all they have….and since Paul said Christians no longer need to follow the cursed Mosaic Law…….Christians can Just live according to their desires.

If somebody says they only follow the rules of the NT and Jesus saved them from the Law in the OT, then why don’t they follow these FEW rules as written below ????

Why should the “change of Times” affect the obedience to GODs Laws ?

"Any woman who prays with her head unveiled dishonors her head. It is the same as if her head were shaven, for if a woman will not veil herself then she should cut off her hair. But if it is disgraceful for a woman to be shorn or shaven , let her wear a veil. (1 Corenthians 11 :5).

Whosoever looketh upon a woman to lust after her hath committed ADULTRY with HER already...-----(MATT 5:028)

To be discreet, chaste, keepers at HOME, good, OBEDIENT to their HUSBANDS... ------ (Timothy 2:005)

Likewise, ye wives, be in SUBJECTION to your own HUSBANDS. ----- (1PE 3:001)

Women should remain SILENT in the Church. They are NOT ALLOWED to speak, but must be in SUBMISSION, as the Law says. – (1 Corinthians 14:34)

"I permit NO woman to TEACH or have AUTHORITY over men". –( 1 Timothy 2:11-14)

Actually the bible has been altered by man. King Constantine and a click of scribes at the council at Nicea put together what we know as the bible of today. They added Paul's teachings who never even met Jesus and was a false prophet. He may have spoken some truth but he spoke many things that where not the word of God. The laws do change according to time place and circumstance though. This age things are a little different than other ages due to we don't live as long as we use to (most don't know this unless they read the Vedas) and so many other factors. But the basic laws like killing and illicit sex and intoxication and gambling and meat eating in general these are sins. But you wouldn't know much of this unless you read Jesus-es original teachings before Constantine took them out. for info google gospelofthenazirenes.com The truth will set you free. "Go and sin no more." Gospel of the Nazirenes commandment #4 "Ye shall not eat the flesh nor drink the blood of any slaughtered creature, nor yet anything which brings disorder to your health or senses." Spoken by Jesus-(Yesuah was his actual name)

I know you are just looking for an excuse to bash Christians and spew your hate, but here goes.

You have taken a few verses and pulled them out of context from their places. All Scripture must be read within the context of the verses that come before and those that follow. Likewise, every verse must be measured against every other verse.

That's why the Bible is STUDIED and not just READ. To actually study the Bible and give the words proper context takes time. Much more time than copying/pasting verses from some anti-Christian hate site and pretending you have a "gotcha" against a venerable Faith that was here long before you were born and will thrive long after you've been forgotten.

Yeah but if anyone tried to make those into laws again they'd either be laughed at or stoned. Besides Christians love to pick and choose from their little book what best suits them. The bible also says that wearing fabric of two different textiles and picking up sticks on Saturday are both sins but we don't hear any Christians crying out against those things now do we?

If that's what you say, then I say, believe what you will......

Even the Mosaic laws were laws written by Moses. Yet, the 10 commandments stands out of all the hundreds and hundreds of laws from that which Moses wrote.

In essence, you can say that while reading through the Constitution, your rights have changed due to the new laws that were written by new lawmakers.

Some should say nothing! and some do...... It is how laws are changed!!!

As I said in answer to an earlier question - (which I was marked down for) - it is so convenient for men to use the bible as a way of putting woman down.

Blaming Eve for all the worlds ills is so convenient. It means they do not have to face it in themselves

I don't even have to read all you wrote to tell you that the SEED of christianity IS the Roman Catholic Church. "Regardless" of what church christians wish to be associatied WITH, they are STILL of the seed which planted this ideology and CHOSE the BOOKS to "canonize" in every New Testament of "every" BIBLE. Though some have taken "out" some of the books, in generally it is all the same and you are RIGHT. It is ALL "manmade" and "edited" by catholic bishops.........

Let me go fire few of my subordinates. How dare they have authority?

Let me refuse to attend lectures by women. I would rather abandon my studies.

Oh, but this is what a story book tells me.
