Im not going to say anything like "your stupid" or "your going to hell."

1. I believe in God the same reason most people do, but are not willing to admit; I was born into my religion.

2. If I discovered God was not real, I would not continue following the faith. It is foolish to continue living a lie

I believe in God for 1)I was told as a child about God 2) I have read the Bible myself 3) There is an ache in my spirit when I go my own way and do not think of God .....and if I discovered I was wrong? I would just be like all the other dead people but I would have had love in my life until then

Ha. That is a good question for all those people preaching on this website.

Personally I believe in God because I don't want to believe that there is nothing else after life. I hope to "God" that there is something and that my life has some reason and point.

Some psychologists, philosophors, and sociologist believe that this is the main reason religion was created. Humans wanted to find a reason for living and therefore started believing that there must be some point to life. I could be wrong though :D Another reason people believe is because society builds you to believe in God and a specific God. Heck, I was raised under the Roman Catholic church and went to Sunday School until I was a sophomore in high school (x.x)

P.S. I think it's funny when people say "I follow what God says" because I think "You spoke to God? When? Why wasn't I there?" Another winner is "I believe in God because that is what the bible says. And the Bible was written by God." that is all circular logic. By the way, the Bible wasn't written by God folks.

I hope I don't go to hell for saying that (>.<)

He affirms His existence every single day of my life in all things around me. If I discovered there was no God, I don't think I would change a thing... meaning... I would continue to live as if there was a God. Just because I made a discovery would not necessarily mean I was right or that it's the truth! Be blessed!

I believe in God, and if I found out there was no God I would still live the best I could.

I believe in God cause I love and trust everything that he says. I do not have a problem to ever believe there is no God cause every human being knows in their heart there is one, cause he has dealth to all us a measure of faith. So therefore one can believe in something of thier choosing.

I believe in God because He made it possible for me to believe in Him. Those that do not believe in Him and don't want to believe in Him are not those that we wants. It's the way He has worked during all history.

Because he believes in me. If there was proof then I guess I would have an imaginary God that I would continue to pray and worship too
