Inexpensive and fast. Makes a big loaf.
Combine 1 1 lb. can salmon, drained & flaked, with
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 can condensed crm. of celery soup
1 beaten egg
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. salt
Bake in greased loaf pan 350* for1 hr.
I had to bake mine a little longer. Good with a cool, creamy cucumcer sauce.

Well, it appears that the question here is "Salmon Loaf"? so I guess the answer is: yes it is salmon loaf.

You are supposed to ASK questions here and not give answers how ever I may just put this in my recipe book.
The cucumber sauce could detract the taste of the Salmon and Celery, but I'll give it a try.
I have flounder for tea in a little over an hour.

Hey thanks for that, It sounds so yummy. But what is 'Miracle Whip'? I'm not sure if we can buy that here in Australia, can it be substituted for something else?
