Does food dye affect alcoholic beverages that need to ferment? like "Green Dragon" or "Orange Ao-houkacha" ?

I don't have any experience with the two beverages you mention, but I do with fermentation. It can be unpredictable and it is best to leave anything out that doesn't absolutely have to be in.

If you keep it simple there is less chance to have something effect the yeast adversely.

If you need to color it, do it after fermentation is complete.
