Cream cheese: Yes

Sour Cream & Buttermilk: Yes, But.... they can't be thawed and used as-is. But they are fine for cooking or ingredients in cakes, casseroles, quick breads or pancakes.

Soft cheeses, like cream cheese, tend to "weep" after freezing - it will change the texture and become kind of grainy. I would think that sour cream would as well. The buttermilk should be fine, especially for cooking.

buttermilk can be frozen,sour cream is a no no,and creme cheese can be frozen as well.

Yes, All the trings as mentioned by you can be frozen.

Well, anything that has moisture content can be frozen, but the time taken by them to freeze depends various factors like quantity, density, consistency, minimum mantained temprature etc. If you take equal quantities of the things as mentioned by you and keep it at similar temprature then, the only differnce would be the time of freezing because of the difference in their moisture content as well as their individual freezing tempratures depending upon their consistency.

uhhh yes all of them buttermilk will freath like water but will melt really qick...sourcream will have alot of ice cristals and cream cheese will also freaze but will also have alot of ice cristals
