I would say to join a gym but if you fell uncomfortable get a gym with not so much body builders. And loseing weight. All you have to do is run. treadmill or not that is the best way and you can eat what you want but just start to stop eating junk food or eat late at night. I lost 20 pounds by running for 3 weeks for 15 minutes at a time for at least 3 days a week. but i ate what i did before just don't eat late at night that is what makes you gain the most weight.
