I accidently turned spell check off in Microsoft word. How do I turn it back on?

You have to call up Spell Check on an as-needed basis by, going to the top-of-file with Control+Home, click Tools, click Spelling and Grammar. This can be done repeatedly and at any time.

You can also click Tools, Options.
click Spelling and Grammar tab
at the top, click to select "check spelling as you type"

Frankly, in my opinion, I prefer the first option. Try both and see which you like.
