I only eat about 300 calories a day, I exercise 15-30 minutes a day, and I drink lots of water! I am 5'4" and I still weigh 165!
Help! Serious answers only, please.

You need to be eating more than just 300 calories! Your body might be holding on the fat because you are depriving it. Your metabolism is probably shutting down. Anyway calories aren't necessarily a bad thing, it just comes down to getting nutritional value from your food and not over doing it on the junk food.

Do you know that if I only weighed 165 lbs, I wouldn't care if I lost anymore or not? I've been struggling with weight issues my entire life, and I'm only 23. Due to a on the job injury to my back, I can no longer try weight loss. So I guess I'm stuck where I am for the time being. And anymore, I don't care what others think of me, it's how I feel. You should feel the same. You're obviously not obese, so give yourself a break!! :o)

cut out the flour and sugar from your diet. Eat fruits and vegetables and about four onces of protien. At the level you are eating and your calorie intake, your body is robbing your muscles for protein.
You should have at least 1200 calories a day.
I have lost 16 lbs in 2 weeks by doing this. I was pushing 300 lbs and I am 6 foot two.
Good luck.

thats the problem... you are only eating 300 calories a day.
your body has gone into starvation mode and keeps every calorie that you eat. you need to eat a steady 1000 calories to be healthy enough to start losing weight. intake 1,000 calories a day but keep the carbs at a low number and you should start dropping pounds... but make sure those 15-30 minutes are fast paced ...otherwise you should double your time.

you are not gona lose weight by starving yourself.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

eat 5-6 small meals such as the size of you fists so your metabolism will stay up and running and not keeping shuting down as what it is doing. When you do eat you body stores and thats why you cant seem to loose any more weight.
