You have to have a valid reason to get them. Freedom of Information Requests can and will be denied if the reason is not a good one. If it is for court, your lawyer will have to get a subpoena for them.

no longer for that as its no longer an emergency in basic terms use 911 for emergencies like a nasty vehicle twist of destiny with injuries, a hearth or in case you in basic terms been robbed or taking pictures ( ask your self is your (or someones else )existence at risk if certain then call 911 yet when your existence isn't at risk then do no longer call 911 so that you dont call 911 for someone strolling the dogs and by no potential using a leash..

I doubt you'd be able to get that information without a subpoena. You'd obtain them from the local 911 dispatch center.

file a freedom of information request at your local police dept, or dispatch center that handles your area listing the date and time of the incident that you are interested in. They may charge a fee for this, but according to law it has to be a reasonable amount.
