worry about those who criticize your grammar. You will get better as you learn. Some people prefer to put others down rather than simply answer your question. Maybe because they can't handle the question.

My take one the subject.
If one see evolution as some living organism changing over time, then it is obvious that both evolution and the Bible are not in conflict.
Animals, bugs, birds, fish...all change to adapt to their climate. Humans adapt accordingly. People in America are getting taller and larger. This is evident in the furniture from the 19th century. Beds were very short. Chairs were much smaller and shorter. I really don't know why we are changing, but perhaps He is preparing us for something.
You asked for my thoughts. There it is.

Evolution took biillions of years; six days wouldn't do it. But the earth is four billion years (and a bit) old, so evolution had time enough to happen -- and did. One may suppose, if one pleases, that evolution was the mechanism that god set up to create the species found today, and that could even be true; the problem with the idea is that it is provably useless: it cannot lead to any conclusions about how things work. The Pope has bought into the idea of evolution (at least in part), so there is at least some thinking in the Church that there is something to it.

right on. The Bible isn't meant to be a science textbook or explain HOW God created life, Genesis just tell us that God is the creator. THe Bible focuses on Jesus and how to achieve salvation and not evolution or other scientific matters. Maybe God used the Big bang to create the universe and evolution to create life.

This is actually pretty much the typical average Catholic outlook on the whole thing. They are two different areas of thought---theology and science.....It doesnt matter if God used a magic wand or evolution---it is intelligent design that really matters.

But evolution takes eons... and has been at work now for ~3,900,000,000 years. ... P.S. Try proof-reading and spell-check - my kid's 13 and has written a book. Deal with it.

Science just tells us how the Gods did it.
