Yes there is!!! I am sooooooooo glad you asked! Here is the way you do it. If say the lottery numbers are 1 to 44 then when predicting the first number, imagine a number between 1 and 44. Got it? Write it down! Now, for the second number on, it gets a little trickier. You still have to imagine a number between 1 and 44, but ... you have to remember that it can't be any of the numbers that you have already written down. It's called "imagining without replacement."
Anyway ... once you've imagined all the numbers in the drawing, call that your prediction. Let us know how you did.

Much like the other gentlemans answer, but this one is MUCH more accurate...
U will need:
44 balloons (color does not matter)
Your own shooting range.
Helium
44 bags of sand
some string cut to equal length.
A blind fold.
A magic Marker.
A bullet proof vest.
I think you can see where this is going...
