But... Darwin was right and evolution theory is true.
TRUTH MATTERS... as does the FACT of EVOLUTION.

Yes, exposing the false dichotomy.
If the Theory of Evolution was COMPLETELY refuted tomorrow, that still would be no evidence toward the validity of creationism. Creationists can correctly declare themselves 'right' through only one method: PROVE IT. Prove what you say--attacking a scientific theory gets you nowhere, because even if it were totally gone, your claims would still be as baseless as they are now.
So if you guys are really serious about convincing people, stop wasting time attacking evolution and get to work finding evidence of your own.

Good point - but Darwin wasn't wrong. We have millions of pieces of evidence for evolution.
Atomic bombs kill people. Does that mean we should stop using nuclear power? Same basic technology. Science isn't right or wrong - people are.

I'm a firm advocate of evolution ... but that's not the reason to accept it. *ANY* idea can be corrupted in harmful ways. As you say, Christianity is no exeption. But evolution is no exception either (there have been people who have twisted it to justify eugenic genocide).
The reason to accept evolution is the same reason that *scientists* accept it overwhelmingly .... evidence, evidence, evidence.

No, that evolution occurs is fact, we have a partial fossil record. The theory attempts to explain the mechanisms by which it happened.
