A green sleeveless knit top, white bag, grey skirt comes right to the knee while standing and black shoes. Should I wear a black belt??

A few days ago I tried everything on, wore a silver and green necklace, with a little bit make-up. But it looks like I'm gonna have a dinner with someone. Maybe that's just because I'm not use to this kind of wear. You see, I'm still in school and usually wear sth really casual. Could anybody give me more advice??

Always have sleeves. I can't really picture the colors fitting together. Sorry, that's the best I can do with the details you gave.

Your Look sounds very professional, but the white purse sends style judges the other way. Instead of a purse you should try a brief case or brown tote. the skirt sounds great, but instead of a green knit top you should try a white collared blouse. No belt unless you are tucking in your shirt. And don't wear it over your shirt, that trend is very last year. Put it through belt loops. And when it comes to make up,go with natural tones with blush. For eye shadow use some middle shaded browns and very minimal eye liner. Mascara, usually black. Thats how you should dress when it comes to business attire.

Anything sleeveless is not considered business casual because as my grandmother would say, "your limbs are out"
Besides anything sleeveless gives more of a socializing vibe.

Get the book Casual Power by Sherry Maysonave. You can get it used on Amazon.com for under retail.

It will turn you into the fashion police.

You're on the right track.

Sleeveless knit top? Im not sure about that, maybe you could wear something underneath the top thatll contrast with it... Other than that sounds like a cool look... Im not sure if Id wear the belt....

Hold off on the black belt because unless you are going to head-butt through sidewalk slabs I don't think reader needs to be that dangerous.
