okay, well i think you do know that you need to eat healthy and exercise everyday for this to happen. your health teacher probably tells you everyday.
But if it helps, here's a simple routine:
-only eat the three main meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner (don't eat any snacks etc.....)
-drink lots of water (eight cups, 3 bottles)
-go for a walk or go shopping downtown (at least one hour each day)
-while watching tv, during commercials, get up and do push ups, jumpin jacks, sit-ups etc...
-eat fruits and veggies!

At age 13 and 100 pounds, unless you have some severe form of dwarfism, you're just about on the right track for where your body should be. Your doctor or other health care professional can tell you more specifically where your weight should be in relationship to your height and your body.
Losing weight is probably not the wisest decision, because at this point, your body is still growing and changing and needs appropriate nutrition and care.
For whatever reason you feel like you ought to weigh 90 or 80 or 75 pounds, first of all, it probably is not healthy for your mind, body, spirit, etc. Secondly, while the media portrays a lot of unhealthy things that I wouldn't want to subject a child or teenager to, some of the things that seem "cool" just fail miserably.
When you do manage to become unnaturally skinny, life really changes. Your metabolism slows down, trying to conserve what little it has left, you feel exhausted all the time. Sleeping isn't restful and you wake up exhausted anyway. Your mind is in "conserve" mode, and you can't focus on school well, can't find satisfaction in your hobbies, can't remember some things. Your body starts shutting down. your hair can get brittle or fall out, skin dental and bone problems can be common. Some people can develop cardiac arrythmias and die due to electrolyte imbalances. Women as they get older find that they may have reproductive problems and be unable to have families.
Your life is your own life, but you may want to seriously consider, what are you willing to sacrifice in the name of losing weight.

It would help to know how tall you are. I don't think 100 pounds for a 13 year old is a problem. But if you are concerned you need to talk to a doctor and find out what weight you really need to be. Then incorporate a diet and exercise plan.

You people are nuts. I don't care if you are 4 feet tall and weigh 100 pounds. At thirteen all you need to care about is how well dressed your Barbie is. Join the Girl Scouts, get some badges. Distinguish yourself by getting straight A's or by perfect attendence. You are much too young to be worrying about your weight. That comes much later in life...after college and a couple of kids.

Seriously, you shouldn't be trying to lose weight. If you want to be more active and eat better, by eating more fruits and vegetables, fish, and lowfat dairy products, that's great, but don't do it to lose weight; do it to be stronger and healthier. Don't weigh yourself every day; don't let your weight be your focus.
YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY THIRTEEN-YEAR-OLD IN THE WORLD WITH STRETCH MARKS! More of your classmates have them than you might think. Stretch marks are not the end of the world. They might have as much to do with you growing taller than they do with you growing larger. In any case, you are not done growing yet. You will be getting taller in the next few years.
And you're not just growing; you're body is developing and maturing in lots important ways that you probably aren't aware of. If you starve yourself now, or even just mess with your nutrient intake in particular subtle ways, you can mess with your endocrine system in ways which may cause health problems, including problems maintaining a steady, healthy weight, which will affect you for the rest of your life. And please, please, please, don't start messing around with stuff like creatine, and other food supplements! A lot of those can de dangerous, especially for someone who's still developing.
You need to talk to someone responsible who knows something about this stuff, and talk to them about how you feel about this and what you want to do about it on a regular, ongoing basis. It could be your doctor, a school nurse or counselor, or a parent, older sibling or family friend who knows something about nutrition and health. Anyone older who knows what they're talking about who you feel comfortable talking to.
I go to UC Berkeley, and they've started webcasting some of their classes, and one of them is last semester's Nutrition Science 10: Introduction to Human Nutrition, which you can find here:
http://webcast.berkeley.edu/course_details.php?seriesid=1906978398
You might want to go through the whole class if you're interested in learning about this stuff. (Sometimes the teacher kindof gets into chemistry for awhile, but you can skip over those parts. You don't need to know a lot of science to understand the class.) But in any case, you should check out the lecture on Obesity. (March 5.)
If you're worried about what other people your age will think about you, don't. People who say something nasty about your weight are usually people who are mad at you for something else, and they just say that to get to you. No one really cares about your weight. What they think of you is based on if you're smart, or funny, or nice to people, or good at sports, or how you dress, or if you're talented, or whatever. If you're worried about whether or not people (both girls and boys) will like you, work on those things instead.

No, you do not need to lose weight. 100 pounds is normal for a 13 year old.
When I was 13 I weighed 98 pounds and I was underweight.

How tall are you? Look...stop reading those magizines and looking at those skinny models. They're terrible and guys don't want to see ribs.
If you're REALLY worried about your weight see your doctor and ask them about it. If this goes on you might get an eatting disorder and make yourself really, really sick. Don't do that for the sake of being pretty or skinny or to get those pants...

You lose that much weight and you'll feel horrible and look worse. You're also too young to be dieting.
