Hey,
I think I am soo fat. There is a site i found called fitday.com,
But it isnt helping much, Im not fat. But everytime I look in the mirror i see this thing. It makes me feel awful! I need someone to help me create a diet thats simple,easy,and healthy. Please help!

If you really feel unhappy here's my advice

Eating:
Eat healthy, don't eat a a lot of junk food. Eat junk food only on Saturday as a treat but not to much just a little. Try lower calories of your favorite foods. If your hungry go to the fruit and vegetables. That's pretty easy! And stop drinking soda and just eat 3 healthy meals.

Exercise
Have your friends come over play ddr and just have fun outside or try your hardest in gym and doing sports. Just make exercise fun!!!!!!!!!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Try a Paleo diet. You can eat a lot of meat and vegetables to satisfy yourself, but because you exclude grains you have fewer carbohydrates and get less fat. Don't worry about weight as a number, but try for a pleasant body composition.

eat like six little meals a day. like half a sanwich/a little bit a pasta(pasta gives ya energy) and like each a morning alittle bit a 10-11 am and then at lunch and then at 3-4pm and then at dinner and then alittle around 7-8 or even 9 but dont' eat right before bed it can make you fat.

first off how much would you like to lose? ans at the moment how much do you weigh? turkey is a good meat to eat on a diet as well as fish ans chicken if not fried. salads ans lots of fresh fruits and plenty of veggies would be a good start. try walking to exercises and maybe since it's summer try swimming if you have a pool.

you can join places like weight watchers, fitness 24 i think it's called, but they're great because they help you through it all.
if you want to go at it solo, i would just cut out all the unhealthy foods out. which leaves you with foods high in protein, vegetables and lots and lots of water!
you should excersize, on the side.

actually you should see a Psychiatrist. you say you "think" you're fat but then you say you're not. It's a condition called body dismorphia and it is the leading cause of eating disorders.
