You need to tell him to back off and let you get on with your life. If he doesn't stop patrolling the places you go, find new places to go for a while. When he is in a place, leave and go somewhere else.

Urgh I hate guys like that. Tell him politely that he needs to stop dictating your life and if he would please move aside. Add to it that if he doesn't stop that you will file a restraining order, just to scare him.
But if you don't want to get that tell your parents and maybe they could do something about it.

i think u should just tell him politely that u can handle things on ur own and that he can't control other ppl. if that doesn't help, then flip out on his a$$.

tell him nicely that you met someone..just lie..or tell him straight out..i dont want you to control me, we are not together anymore, i think its time that you move on.
