Here's a quick breakdown of how I've been feeling lately.

- Constant fear of being judged by others

- Much quieter than I used to be
- Constantly feeling angry and hostile towards certain others.
- Frequent and extremely violent thoughts of harming certain others
- Sometimes feeling like I'm "going crazy" or feeling "f*cked up", for lack of better words.
- Feeling as if I wish everyone would just leave me alone
- Constant (and I mean CONSTANT) paranoia, ranging from what someone is thinking of me to if someone just broke into my house. The slightest of noises will trigger this intense paranoia.
- Compulsive washing and checking behaviors (I'm sure I have OCD)
- Feelings of anxiety and nervousness
- Feeling that in any given situation, the worst will happen.

Can anyone give me advice on what they think is wrong with me?

There's something wrong with your hard wiring. Maybe you should see a shrink. There's a good chance there's some medication out there that can help you. Don't become a victim of your paranoia. Seek help.

Stop watching TV, playing video games, or playing on the internet. Cut down on fast food and caffine. Go for a walk, get some exercise and find some stimulating human contact. Don't let people on TV tell how you how you should be feeling or look!!! try this for a week and see how you feel. If that doesn't work go to the Doctor.

anxiety over something unresolved ?

Had and still have some of those symptoms, you need peace
but a peace that "surpasses all understanding" not a peace the world or yourself can give, it's supernatural and comes from Christ alone. Reading the words of Christ in the morning helps me a lot.

Only a good psychiatrist can help you. With a little luck you can be medicated and be over the worst of it. But sometimes it takes a bit of trial and error to get it right. Be patient and I am confident it will be resolved.

You need a break-do something different in your mind or your life, it sound's like you are hyper-and also very intelligent, but stressed out, and therefore you will because of your unusually hi IQ and self awareness find your self in good order in time with patience and fidelity from your closest friend's, and their love will shield you from any immoderate pathway's, change something and or do something (anything) time will heal you quickly

better seek for professional help from a psychologist. About 30 different "illnesses" could be related. With a good one at the end you also have a great selfesteem

get mental help immediately. many of your symptoms are very like those of the woman i take care of who suffers from paranoid schizophrenia. you need to see a good psychiatrist as soon as possible, before your situation becomes worse. these conditions are treatable with counseling and medication. God bless you

You are not a paranoid schizophrenic. IF you were you would never get online. You answered yourself when you said you have OCD, There are good medications and good therapy out there.
