Contact it the manufacturer of your PC or Microsoft. Either will normally be able to sell you a replacement CD without the product key for a small fee ($10-20).

Legally you can use anyone else's copy of XP to reinstall the program as long as you use your own product code.

get a pirated. buy or replace original cd is expensive. is still the same but with legit product key, it still works.
