does anyone own this TV? Just looking for reviews/opinions on it and about any difficulty with set-up between the TV and PC vis-a-vis MediaSmart component.

cnet had a review. Solid TV set with a built-in digital media receiver. For a price lower than a SONY you get a very good TV, plus the extra features. On the PC, as long as you have WMP11 or Windows Media connect you are OK, but works also with NAS devices with built-in media server. It has both ethernet and wireless a/b/g interfaces.
