the temp outside has been about 65-70 all week is my beer still gonna be good to drink and its beer in a can

Put it in the frig let it cool and enjoy it's fine.

Ice it down. It will be fine. Do you think beer is constantly refrigerated from the time it is brewed? That would be ideal, but many times it doesn't happen. Some people actually prefer their beer not to be chilled. After a few, who'll notice?

it might be a little warm, toss it in the refrigerator over night then put a can or two in the freezer for about an hour before you want some. they will be icy cold.
