It is illegal to discount/give free alcohol in most states. One of those laws from the prohibition days, no doubt

B/c people will beer no matter what the price. They don't need to market coupons to make profit.

In most states it is not allowed. They don't have a need to do it anyway. Heck, in Maryland, wine can't be bought from an out of state winery. You have to deal through a dealer in the state.

Because its illegal to exessivly advertise beer sales or deals. Like happy hour...thats illegal to advertise it as that. This is because its convicing people to drink more and more.
