I would love to take some of my friend with me, as for my family, the ones that are not already there will be going also.
as for my friend all I can hope is that I have planted enough seed, that they will be coming later.
as for a percentage, i find it hard to believe that any of the "Faithful" would refuse.

I believe that many of the faithful will refuse, after all there were several of the disciples that turned on Him having witnessed the miricles He performed. They walked with Him and learned His teachings first hand. How on earth could they deny Him...and yet they did. They sat in prison for Him, they saw Him hang on a cross for no sin of His own.

The word says even the elect will be fooled...meaning we will be misled by the anit-christ or false doctrine...if this can happen what makes us think that there are Christians that will refuse to follow Jesus when He returns?

"Do you fear Death?"

Very few people would grab their toothbrush and go.

If the transformation of a vague notion to reality is a chemical reaction, *fear* is the by-product.

Suddenly, the faithful think:

What is this "heaven" place?
Is it really better than here?
Can I see the brochure?
Will my friends be there?
Does it have Yahoo Answers?
Who is this "Jesus" person, anyway?
Whose interest does he represent?
Why does he say "y'all"?

Then the excuses and the bargaining start:

I haven't lived my life, yet.
I need to give two weeks notice at work.
I'm the only one who feeds the dog.
I really want to see how the "Paris Hilton in Jail" TV special turns out.

In the end, only 5% of the World would go, and they all would people who were about to die anyway--those who had nothing to lose.

Everyone else would figure they could always go to confession and say a few "Hail Marys" later.

Bet you didn't think there was a real answer, did you? But, Yashua taught in parables, and the meaning of this one shows the truth:

The scriptures indicate that 50% of the True Christians will not go with Christ when He returns. It also indicates why they will not go. In simple terms, they were not ready.

Matthew 5:1 ¶ Then the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins, the friends of the bride, who took their lights, and went out with the purpose of meeting the husband.
(The ten virgins represent the whole Church)
2 And five of them were foolish, and five were wise.
(50% wise, 50% foolish)
3 For the foolish, when they took their lights, took no oil with them (The foolish 50% were unprepared). 4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lights (The wise 50% were prepared).
5 Now the husband was a long time in coming, and they all went to sleep. 6 But in the middle of the night there is a cry, The husband comes! Go out to him. 7 Then all those virgins got up, and made ready their lights.
(The whole Church heard the cry that Christ is coming, both the prepared ones and the unprepared ones. All ten wanted to go!)
8 And the foolish said to the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lights are going out.
(Because they had not kept themselves prepared)
9 But the wise made answer, saying, There may not be enough for us and you; it would be better for you to go to the traders and get oil for yourselves.
(The oil represents the amount of Holy Spirit each believer grows into, there is no way to share it)
10 And while they went to get oil, the master came; and those who were ready went in with him to the feast: and the door was shut.
(The 50% wise went with Christ)
11 After that the other virgins came, saying, Lord, Lord, let us in. 12 But he made answer and said, Truly I say to you, I have no knowledge of you.
(The 50% foolish were too late because they were unprepared. In effect, by being unprepared, they are refusing Christ's offer)
13 Keep watch (STAY PREPARED!!), then, because you are not certain of the day or of the hour.

Sorry, but whats the other option then, stay here an be re-judged? Or perhaps he could issue us a free pass so we could stay another week or so, and sin to high Heavens, rape the cat, beat the parents and still get some front seats.

And anyway, what identification would he be carrying? Guess he wont have a credit history, bank account, even a driving license? How in Gods Name would you know it where even a true proposition?

Whatever, its a damn silly question anyway.
So i guess you asked for a silly answer Muppet!

You actually have placed Jesus amongst those like Jim Jones and David Koresh. Both stated "I'm taking you all to heaven." Only a few of their "folks" said no.

If Jesus said, "I'm taking y'all 2 heaven" then that would confuse a lot of people. They would wonder why this dude can't speak correctly. If God does not make any errors then maybe this Jesus is a fake.

Others would wonder why is he only taking Yhaul and who is Yhaul anyway?

Others would have been warned about bigotry in the south and would be wary of people with southern accents.

That's a redundant question. Look at how many rejected Him when He walked the earth as a Man and you will have your answer.

Probably none. If Jesus came back, then it would mean the end of times is coming, and we either go up in the rapture or stay through the seven years of tribulation. Me personally, I would rather go up in the rapture than stay through 7 years of hell on earth.
