increase your activity level by a huge margin . walk . swim . bike anything . raise your heart rate and your breathing rate and do this for at least 20 minutes each day . more if you have time. eat less . drink more water not too much but more.
do this and you will loose the fat.
you should see a doctor before you start such an attempt as you may need to have your blood pressure lowered first.

you could check out the cardiac diet. it is also called the birmingham diet or the grapefruit diet. it severely limits your calorie intake for three days. then you eat what you want for four days. you can then repeat the three day diet. it claims that you can lose up to ten pounds in the three days. you get enough protein and carbs during the three days. but you will most likely feel hungry.
also increase your motion. you don't have to kill yourself to benefit from activity. some activity is better than no activity. depending on how much you move already, it might simply be a matter of lowering your calorie intake. if you are sedentary, then do some form of exercise. you might also check out flylady's book called body clutter. it has made a huge impact in many people's fitness and health. good luck to you.

Sorry, but I don't know of loosing weight fast that is real healthy. But in oz there is a weight loss suppliment called Optifast. Optifast is designed to control weight in people morbidly obeise.I took it three and a half months ago before I did lap band surgery and I lost 4 kgs in 2 weeks.I had a 'Opti' shake replacing breakfast 2 glasses of water before lunch then another shake for lunch. At night I ate a small piece of protein and 3 serves of veg.Drink lots of water between meals. This works but cravings kick in real bad.Lap band works excellent.I have lost 35 kgs or 77 lbs in 3 months and I feel great. No cravings at all.Depends how much you want to loose. But lap band is a drastic measure I know, it certainly dosen't work for everyone.

be careful with regards to the "quickly" area, as stated it often motives extra issues than it solves. i'm an impatient variety myself and what dropping weight quickly has achieved for me is harm my metabolism so now I might desire to paintings two times as not elementary because of the fact the common bear to lose one million/2 the burden. I did pass on Atkins final Fall and located it to be a extra helpful thank you to drop some weight extra in the present day than purely 'watching what you consume' and with out being as risky as fasting, or the countless diets that heavily limit what you could consume. precise off any food habitual plan with a great variety of universal exercising, and you may desire to be on your way. purely remember, in case you get on your objective weight yet return on your 'old techniques' the pounds will return. in case you prefer to stay a smaller length you will might desire to make a life style substitute. solid success to you!
