What is so hard to comprehend about it? Unconditional love is loving someone, all their good and bad points, still loving them whether they're making you happy or making you upset or sad.
People who don't understand it probably have never experienced it and may not in the future. Kind of sad, really.

I'd disagree. I think that anyone who has ever raised a child is perfectly able to comprehend unconditional love.

Your guess is as good as mine. I've wondered about that for years. They think that their god's love is unconditional but one must accept Jesus to get into heaven or be tortured for all eternity.
That's not Unconditional Love that is an ULTIMATUM.

There's no such thing. Nothing comes without condition. Even your DOG won't love you if you chain him up outside 24-7.
