I kind of think E.R has. The show can still be interesting, but they always have to rely on either A new cast member or some big crisis to make people care.

"Desparate Housewives" (I didn't even watch it this season). "Gilmore Girls" (I think they realized it too, and put it out of its misery). And as much as I hate to say this, possibly "My Name Is Earl" (Just not as funny this year. Hope they do better next year.)
