Here's mine:
First of: Instead of drinking soda drink water, instead of eating snacks, eat fruits. Try to eat little or not at all for dinner, this will get your body use to a new eating habit of eating little or not at all for dinner. This is calories preventes.

To burn them:
For five minutes jump rope or do jumping jacks, then do some strectches for five minutes. Do this evey day and you WILL loose weight, to loose weight you must burn 3500 calories, with preventing calories and buring them every day, yuo should burn a minimum of 500 calories per day, so do the math. On pound lost a week. And even much more if you play sports and eat healthier food like vegetables.....hope i helped....

Eat these amounts from each food group daily. This plan is a 1800 calorie food pattern. These amounts should maintain your current weight, which is above the healthy range for your height. It is based on average needs for someone like you. (A 24 year old female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 160 pounds, physically active less than 30 minutes minutes a day.) Your calorie needs may be more or less than the average, so check your weight regularly. To prevent weight gain, you may need to adjust the amount you are eating. By eating 500 calories a day less than the 1800 calories mentioned above will lead to weight loss weekly. Remember you will have to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. So approximately 1,200 healthy calories a day, not fatty calories!

Daily intake:

whole grains - 6 ounces

vegetables - NOT cooked with butter, salt, oil or any fat) - 3 cups

fresh fruits - 2 cups

skim milk or 1% milk - 2 cups

meats and beans (not canned beans) - 6 ounces preferrably chicken and turkey

One thing that you can do to help reduce weight is to eat apples. When you feel the need for something sweet, just eat one or two apples first. Let them settle. One study said that between groups of people eating the same amount of calories. the group eating an apple prior to the meal gained less weight than the one eating no apples.
Also, remember that watching "fat" intake is not a good indicator of helping to reduce your weight. The true contributors to weight gain are the things that are actually converted to fat or calories in your body. These things are sugary things and white flour. When you want a sugary thing, eat a piece of fruit, instead. In fact, try getting a lot of the fruits (and veges) that are your favorites. Think which ones you like the best, and buy those. Don't deny yourself of these. You can eat them. Additonally, try to avoid a lot of salty things. Add as much pure protein food as you can, in addition to the fruits. Protein foods would be beef, fish, pork, roasted or raw nuts, beans and legumes. In short, eat apples, lots of fresh fruits, vege's, limited whole grains and old-fashioned oatmeal, and lots of pure protein. Avoid foods with lots of added chemicals, etc. This will all have a big impact. You need to think, not just in terms of weight reduction, but in terms of health. That will lead you down the road that will be the easiest to follow.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

If man had anything to do with it than don't eat it. Eat only lean meats, unroasted nuts, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. There are other things like beans and stuff ,but if man made it don't eat it. This includes cheese and bread. Also processed milk. God made pot ,and man made beer, who do you trust? Also the best way to eat vegetables is lightly steamed or raw. And one more for the road, white rice is not a whole grain make sure it is not processed in any way. How many fat wild animals or indigenous people do you see?
