If you just obtained the bruise, then apply a cool compress to the area which will slow circulation to the area and in turn make a smaller bruise. If the bruise has set, approx 15min post trauma to the body, then apply warmth to the area to increase circulation so that the blood flow to the injured part can remove the damaged blood cells(the bruise) and restore normal coloration.

It is strange you would want to get rid of this unless you or someone did some thing that is wrong but maybe it is a hickey. Do not know about A bruise but A hickey maybe taking some thing like a pointed hair brush and put a lot of pressure against it and do it many times and even like you are trying to cut it but do not just might release the blood but the real only way is time.

You can't get rid of a bruise in one day.A bruise is a build up of blood in the tissue. It takes time for it to dissolve or dissipate . Maybe a makeup of some kind to cover up but a bruise won't go away that quickly.

The best way to speed healing of a bruise is to put a spoon into the freezer for about ten minutes then hold the back of the spoon on the bruise. It might not make it completely go away but it will help a great deal.

Put some ice on it, but only keep it on for twenty minutes max, then let it be for 20 min. This will help the bruise and the pain, but it won't go away in one day no mater what you do. Just buy some cover-up for it and let it be.

You ready for the best answer? Leeches are used to move blood through superficial tissue. Your bruise remedy is a leech. If you want it gone that badly that quickly, that is your only option. There are medically available leeches as well if you are worried about the possibility of spreading disease.

i don't think you can. a bruise has to be naturally absorbed by your body. in the meantime you can try make up specially designed for scars, bruises etc. check out your local beauty supply store.

You can apply cold pack over your bruise to stop the bleeding for 5-10minutes. That would help alleviating the swelling and discoloration provided that you did it right after the injury.

but a concealer will greatly help to hide it for the meantime.

Cheers...
