Martinelli's is the classic sparkling apple drink preferred by many but I like the pear and other sparkling juice drinks sold at IKEA they are really lovely and not as sweet.

You can generally find them in any grocery store, or go to your local wine vendor and ask him to recommend some. You might actually want to use sparkling cider to toast with (again, found in your grocery store).
