You want to speak a foreign language fluently? The only way is immersion. Classroom instructions, online courses ... won't do. For Spanish, you can either live in one of those Spanish-speaking countries or live with a Mexican family (there are plenty but you must get to know them personally first). Of course, you must have some kind of basic; take a few classes first before the immersion.

nowhere that i know of -- rosettastone.com is a good site for learning languages but they charge. why don't you get out of the house and make friends with some locals that speak spanish? i learned from spanish speaking neighbors.

go to a local library and ask if they can retrieve a rosetta stone program for you, then you can check it out and learn it for free.
