You need to learn to express your anger with productive words. Our society is geared in many ways to stuffing anger. Good boys and girls are not angry, and they see people who are angry as needing to be fixed. They're not entirely wrong about that. An antipsychotic is useful for someone whose anger is on the verge of taking control of them. That takes the danger away but doesn't solve the problem.
It's better if you are in control of your anger. Therapy can help you do that. I was in therapy for a while talking about my anger when I stumbled on how much it helped just to know to say, "I don't like this," at whatever made me angry instead of just feeling angry and frustrated. More words can follow that. They can turn your anger into determination to make your life into something you want despite your illness, with insight from your struggle that people who haven't had a rough life won't ever have. There isn't a magic formula to do that, but you are much more likely to do that with a therapist than on your own or talking with nonprofessionals.

I also have BPD. When I started therapy I was very angry but didn't know it. Through therapy, I was able to acknowledge my anger and to deal with it. It saved my life. You can be helped but it takes time, patience and hard work. Give yourself a chance to have a good life.
My best.

Add Jesus with your therapy. Just pray and ask God to take away all the rage, jealously, and anger that you feel. Don't be upset at others...if you want to make it then you can..You have to seek help because you know that you are worthy of receiving help. Help is there if you want it..but you must receive it.

i would hope that eventually you'll realize that people are not out to get you -so to speak. control your emotions, don't let them control you. it may be helpful to get a pen and paper out, and simply jot down what you want to achieve with yourself and how you'd like to view the people in the world around you. focus on those things.
as i imagine, since you're already having a difficult time doing this on your own, maybe it's not a bad idea seeking help from people dealing with the same problems, and people who have recovered. maybe you'll make some great friends along the way.

First, you are not apparently getting any help that you need, and RICHARD , are you stalking this man? I noticed that you have some very sarcastic comments, cruel and nasty..and after reading the questions you have answered, they are ALL vented toward the fog?? This is not the place to attack someone...if you don't like what he is asking, why are you bothering with your tyrade? He asks about rage and yet you provoke him? The system can fail people, if you aren't full of money..and keep you in a state of suspended animation, waiting for the right help...I always think that praying to God, and Jesus, for your help, is the best way to go...and Richard...same seven people...including you...go figure LOL..
