my moms pitbull got hit by a car and the vet dont want t o help if she doesnt have 2'G's to give him med and to check him so i need remedies so that i can tell my mom so that he can get better he was

Scrape together enough to see a vet. If the dog has internal injuries, no home remedy is going to work.

That doesn't sound right... You cannot give a dog anything for anything if you don't have a proper diagnosis.. A dog that was hit by a car needs a whole lot more than an antibiotic. The infection might be the least of your problems..
If I let my dog get hit by a car, I would feel horrible, and would find the money... You should do the right thing and get your dog treated properly.. Do a search on dog remedies, It's likely there is nothing for dogs getting hit by a car..

If her dog got hit by a car he really needs to see a vet! Your mom needs to call around and see if any vets will set her up with an affordable payment plan. Even if he doesnt look like he is hurt too bad he could have broken or fractured bones, he could have head injuries or internal bleeding and he has got to be in pain! It is normally pretty hard to tell if a dog is sick or hurt.. it is instinct for animals to try to hide if they are hurt or sick because that is a sign of weakness! It is critical that your moms gets her pup to a vet. Like I said, she needs to call around to every vet that she could take her dog to and see if they can set her up with a payment plan. She could also call her local humane society or a shelter and see if they can help her dog or if they know a vet that can. PLEASE tell her to take her dog to the vet! I am really upset over this. I hate to hear about a dog getting hurt and not being able to get help. My husband and I were in a situation kind of like this. We have two American Pit Bull Terriers and our youngest one almost died the day we got her! The vet wasnt going to help us unless we came up with $1500 for her meds and her blood transfusion! We found a way to come up with the money but, I know how difficult it can be to get your pup the help it needs sometimes!... If you want, I can call around and try to find someone that will help your mom.. Just send me a message and let me know what city shes in so I can look up some vets online to get their phone numbers! First of all you are not giving us all the information. The $2,000 may be a valid fee for what is required to repair this damaged dog. You can't tell me it is all for medication. Sounds to me like this dog needs major surgery plus the meds and your mom for whatever reason can't pay that. Strangers on a Internet board are not going to be able to help your dog. Trust your vet or get another one.

If he has an infection he needs antibiotics which you can only get from a vet.
If the vet is going to cost $2,000 the dog surely needs surgery? It won;t cost that much just to check him out even if he needed x-rays.

Any medications that he would need are prescription. Have you tried calling around to different vet clinics to get prices? Another clinic might be cheaper. And sometimes they take payment plans, or accept care credit. And you can also check at your local animal shelters. I know that the Humane Society in my area provides vet care VERY cheap for low income families. Good Luck, I hope everything will be okay!

If your vet wants 2 grand for some meds you need to find another vet!!! I have never heard of such a thing!!! If the dog needs antibiotics the ONLY way you are going to he;p this dog is find a vet!! No other way!!!

i think you should try another vet and see if you can arrange a payment thingo .... if the dogs going to cost that much it must be quite bad and nothing herbal or home made will do i dont think ...gtoodluck
