this summer i want to learn how to jump higher,run faster,andhave more endurence while running please help

Jumping Do squats or hills and things that'll guild your legs up
Running faster is the same thing
Endurance Go for long runs
Eat healthy no caffine coffee tea pop or soda or alchol or smoking
Pratice 7 days each week with a friends or a group in your area that runs their is one eveywhere
Day 1 12 mile run in trails thats it a park that you are aloud to run in then do abb excerises
Day2 6 mile run and half way in your run find a hill and go up and down it for about 20 minutes then in the gym do squats and abbs
Day 3 intervals
find a coach i your school he'll give you more ideas

For the endurance part, it's good to have a workout that's sort of like a triangle. I mean, do a 200, then a 300, then a 400, then back to a 300, and then a 200

to get better it takes three things. hard work, determination and motivation. how well you do these things determines how great you are. talent determines what your capable of. but motivation determines what you actually do. its not like you can can just start doing something and be good at it. determination will determine how long you stay with it. but my advice to you is to work into. if you want to become a runner. don't go out on your first day and run 12 miles. start at 2 or 3 and if your young i don't suggest you run over 6 per day on average. but go to websites google things you want to find out and you will find good workouts to do.

you can jump higher and run faster but you won't get endurance. or you can have endurance and not the other two.

You need to practise each and everyday at what u want to be better at and u cant skip a day u also need to eat and drink healthier foods
