I promote education as much as I can. I even teach people to read. I have always promoted questioning and logic, and truth. I believe we should love the Lord with all our mind.

The only danger i see is that God is being taken out and the world is getting worse.
The only danger I see is that being atheist means your not ignorant and not controlled just as much as everyone else by this world, then we are worse off than I thought.
The day is approaching where you will follow the Antichrist as you seem to think I will just believe some new spiritual leader.
I believe in God and the holy Trinity. I think on my own and am as controlled by the government, the system and the world in which I live just as you are.
The only difference is I know and believe I have a purpose, I know and believe there is somewhere better waiting for me than this world. You know (believe) you will just become rotten flesh and your life here was just a flicker.
I have hope in a living God, you have a grave to look forward to.
God Bless

Let's see if I have your assertions correct:
1. Many people are ignorant.
2. Ignorant people are controllable.
3. Religion is a way of keeping people ignorant.
Therefore
4. Religion is a a way of controlling people.
5. Controlling people is a result of having the power to compel people.
Therefore
6. Religion is about power since religion is about controlling people.
1 is certainly true. I have no idea why you think 2 is true. You'll need to supply an argument for that. Why do you think 3 is true?
Sorry, pardner, but not a very cogent argument.

I am a christian and I just want to let you know that nthing your thinking is true. Religien is not a way to keep peaple under control. thier is only one true faith though and this is christianity. The only reason there is more religiens is because peaple are evil and they decided making up "gods" and strange idols so they could make thier own laws was much better than having the one true god and following his rules.
Rev 21:8
-But cowards, unbeleivers, the corrupt, murderers, the immoral, those who practice witchcraft, idol worshipers, and liars- thir fate is the fiery lake of burnig sulfur. This is the second death.

You said "if" so you set the standard. No one can argue against your point because "if" it is true then you are indeed right.
The problem is that religion has its place. You look at it as if Christians will automatically fall off of a cliff with blind faith. Faith is more than simply saying "I will do whatever you want no questions asked" It is a path with heart and emotion. The Christians you are speaking of are not actually Christians. The ignorant and hate filled are the anti-Christ that Jesus speaks of. you are right to speak out aginst them, but do not bring your judgments into light against the faithful. You have no faith yourself, and therefore are in no place to judge something you no nothing about. Doing so only puts you on the same level as those who you are speaking out against.

You are correct...The day is comming when a false messiah will be embraced by the nation of Israel and the entire world will indeed bow down to him and the new world order.
This will involve unpresidented mass scale delusion, far greater than a JIm Jones or David Koresh could have ever hoped for.

That would be tough to do when christianity encourages people to search for the truth. The question could almost be asked in reverse. What about the people who think this world is as good as it gets despite all the obvious evil in it.

such an "Uneducated View." Athiests don't know a thing about religion, except for the "Bad side." And when you DO TRY to tell them about it's finer points, they ignore it. But then again "Life is just a whore and we mind as well be whores too, eh?"

I've studied God's word thoroughly. Made my own decision to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. Studied the teachings of my church to make sure that it was in agreement with what I've studied in the bible. How does my informed decision to be a Christian make me an ignorant follower??!!
