It woul be "I had gone........" as for example,

"Quand le telephone a sonne, j'etais alle chez ma voisine...."
[and please excuse me, I can't put in the correct accent marks here, I assume you can tell where they're missing!]
..........which would say, "when the telephone rang, I had gone to my neighbor's......."

It puts the action of your having gone to the neighbor's further back in the past than the time when the telephone rang.

I think it would be I Have Gone. I have been taking french since first grade and now I am in eighth, so I think it is finally paying off! Alle is the conjugated verb for to go.
