You lose fat first where you gained it last...
Usually, when your body is storing fat that you did not use, it stores it first to the closest part of the digestive system, which means your belly. Then, as time goes by, the more fat you will need to store, the fartherst from the belly it will get stored.
When you’re losing weight by using your fat reserve, your body is getting it from a little everywhere but first from the farthest place from your digestive system.
That is why you never see people with a fat face and a flat stomach and you see people on a diet with an emaciated face who still have a big belly.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

well I lose my MIND first... lol
then when I lose weight in my face and my BOOBS! Then my stomache. I think the stuff on my butt and thighs is stuck on with super glue. That takes for ever to lose.
** I was just sitting her thinking about how I really need to get back on a plan next week.. Damn it!

My legs...arms and face were first to go...as well as a lot of my stomach fat.
I've lost 130 pounds in eight months eating 9 hard boiled eggs a day...three for each meal. 630 calories a day
Progresso soups are 200 calories with a can of mushrooms...250 calories. 750 calories a day.
Eat your vitamins. I went from 337 pounds to 207 pounds.
I thought the guy who told me about the eggs was full of chit.
But he was dead on.

it depends how you lose it - if you lose by starving yourself, undereating you are losing water weight and muscle so you basically lose it from parts of body were more muscle is. if you do it healthy by eating enough calories and exercising then usually face is the first to lose fat because it has just a little layer of fat. the last ones to go are the same places you gain first - bodies preferences for fat reserves.

You lose where you have the most fat..if you carry your weight in you gut..you lose it first there. If you are an apple shape and lose weight you tend to just become a smaller apple...
