I sweat more than most people during the summer and I can't seem to drink enough water. I don't even need to use the bathroom very much. I am concerned about becoming dehydrated as I have been feeling dizzy and nauseous lately. Also, I have tasted my sweat to check for salt, and nothing, tastes like water. Do I need essential sodiums from a pharmacy, or are there certain fruits and vegetables I can eat? I do eat meat, but only free range, and I am currently living in China and can't be sure about free range. What about juices? Can't find Gatorade or Powerade here, but didn't drink those in The U.S. either. Anything natural? I will be checking with TCM doctors next week, but my Chinese isn't that great and I'm worried about mistranslation as I have been recieved the wrong medication before, even though I had and exellent translator.

I agree with the other answer that genuine sea salt would do you well. You may also want to take a potassium supplement or eat potassium rich foods. Most fruits and veg's are high in potassium as well as dairy products. Potassium is an electrolyte. You may be experiencing this because of a change in diet? Look on the www to see what contains the highest levels of potassium. I've heard that coconut and its water are good for balancing your electrolytes. Good luck to you and hope this helped some.

Genuine sea salt is a good start. The label show show a minimum of 80 minerals, otherwise it has been processed too much. Good health to you!
