Prepare the stuffing and add spinach leaves. Pound out chicken breast 'til thin. Salt and pepper meat. Spoon stuffing/spinach onto chicken and roll up like a strudel. Roll in egg and then Italian bread crumbs.Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove and slice chicken into 1/2 inch slices. Serve next to steamed veggies and have a sauce bowl of Ranch Dressing for dipping.

I have cooked the baked the chicken then cut it into chunks mixing into the stuffing and steamed veggies adding spinach and with done mix in the ranch dressing it taste very good. Yummy. You can leave out spinach if want.
No you dont need foil but it keeps the chicken moist and veggies and stuffing moist so better used. Enjoy. I sometimes are left with same things and just mix and my family of 7 love it. enjoy

i would use foil paper to protect your pans...and this is what i do... first, pre heat oven to 450, if you have any spices like seasoning salt, garlic salt, and onion salt, regular salt, and regular pepper put a light coat of each on the chicken (if you don't have spices just use reg. salt, and reg. pepper it works just as good.) then bake for an hour.

i would probably steam the spinach leaves with the veggies. and serve it with the ranch.
