It sounds like you are at a great weight. Maybe just a little walking or light exercise will help you TONE some if you think you really need it and if you like fruits and veggies, eat all you want, it will help to curb your appetite and are a great pick-me-up. I know weight and looks are very important at your age, just don't feed into the "todays" model thing. They are way TOO skinny and most or not that healthy. Enjoy your teenage years and don't put TOO much emphasis on your weight.

I would say that your height and weight are just fine. You don't need to loose any weight that is for sure but toning never hurts. I have found that looking at weight as a number is the wrong thing to do...we must took at body structure first.

One thing don't become a belimic. At 120 pounds you are basically a feather compared to the rest of America. Just eat healthy and stay in shape and lit your body decide if you should lose weight, it knows how to run itself.

well, it doesnt really sound like you need to lose any weight. i'm 5'1 and weigh 123 which they say is a normal weight for someone of my height. if anything you may be a little underweight...not sure though. you definently arent overweight though.

i think of for women the load of what people think of is usual could be around one hundred and five-one hundred ten for 5'5. I also have a buddy whos a woman whos 5'5 and weighs one hundred ten and she or he seems high-quality. i think of one hundred twenty is relatively high-quality. I mean it must be water weight and whatnot. yet its in basic terms an opinion. dont take me heavily in case you dont choose to. Im in basic terms a guy -.-

thats healthy, check a site for BMI (body mass index) and see how you stack up, that stuff is just a "standard" by doctors, but i think most people make up their own minds on how they look. Dont lose weight.

Sweetie, you're the perfect weight for your height. If you lose any weight, you'll look like a scarecrow. Please don't buy into the misguided notion that anorexic-looking people are more attractive. I'm sure you're beautiful the way you are.

first of all eat heathy and then join sports at your school if u dont like that u should by a pilates tape or a tybo tape it worked on me
