There were two of them. When I was 18 I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior and when I was 30 I had my son. Both experiences forever changed me.

When I saw an object in the sky 30ft from where I and my girlfriend were standing. It was undescribable with words. I felt it, it was beautiful, spherical, colors I have never seen. It was alive and aware. It seemed to be ovserving us. After a moment of recovering from my shock state, I walked toward it. It moved back as fast as I was walking. I looked down for a split second to check where I was walking. When I looked back up it was gone. It did not abduct me, to my knowledge. My girlfriend witnessed the whole thing. She was scared stiff. Neither of us are the same person we once were. Religion was always last on my list of things to do. After that, religion fell off my to do list. Since then my life has been fantastic. Its like this thing cured me of my religious baggage from childhood so that I could be free. There was no drugs involved and I am not crazier than any other person on this planet.

Because of my brother's negligence, I was forced to take over custody of my 15 mth old niece for a year. I was a single female, working FT and going to school FT, so I had no time for ANYONE, but me. This experience affected me mentally, physically, financially and emotionally. I learned every possible lesson that a person can learn from taking care of a kid:

Patience, love, responsibility, time management, budgeting, dealing with stress, going with the flow, being an adult, selflessness....the list goes on and on.

From a boat en route to a scuba destination... suddenly we are surrounded by pilot whales. The captain killed the engines and started drifting . Most of us donned our snorkeling gear and jumped in to observe the whales up close. About forty in number, the whales were clicking and shrieking as they circled us and scoped us out. Ranging in age from newborn to adault. A mother carries her calf along in her mouth. I felt as if the whales were as interested in watching me as I was in watching them. Then as suddenly as they appeared, they altogether vanished. Back into the boat en route to the dive destination.

an experience that changed me

I was praying about entering the ministry and I couldn't find Scripture to back me up. I went for a ride and saw a car with Psalm 40 as a license number. I read it in my Bible and it was exactly what God did for me.
