im really getting pissed cause the HD channels that my tv picked up are not set to widescreen view....i know theres a way to change it cause when best buy guy was togglin through the menu he was showin me how, the reason he was showing me was that he said the manual was lost......the product number is 51PP9200D/37
...the main problem im having is that the tv automatically adjusts to certain channels, i dont want that, i want 16x9 widescreen views for ALL CHANNELS

Go to your TV settings/setup and if possible change the Aspect mode to 16:9 (it is probably now in Auto).
You can use also your remote to change the Aspect ratio (usually it is called Aspect).
Finally, many "HD" broadcasts have embedded black bars around a standard 4:3 signal, so even though it looks 4:3 the TV actually displays in 16:9.
