The Spanish word "borrachos" means "drunk" (adj) or "drunks" (n). I have never heard the word "burrachos," but I am guessing that it is a made-up word, based on "burro" (donkey) and "borrachos" (drunks). I´ll check back to see if anyone has a better answer. Good luck.
