Please God let my Spurs win tonight.
Please God make Tim make his free throws.
Please God help Manu steal a lot balls.
Please God make sure Tony gets a lot of pick and roll.
Go Spurs Go!

And please God, help Tony Stewart's car cruise past Satan's minions Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon at the Coca-Cola 600 tomorrow night. Amen!
Seriously, this is one reason why I'm polytheist. Your team's opponents (and fans of Johnson and Gordon) are praying for victory, too! One God can't help everybody!

ALL prayer is answered. But most of the time the answer is "NO". God knows what's best for us.And as far as games go,I think He is too busy for nonsense.

Yes, prayer is always answered, but you don't always get what you are expecting. We get what is for our life's lessons.

God never answers prayer.
Even if he did, do you really think he would have a favourite sports team?
