There is a pill that could stop you from eating alltogether, but it is completely unhealthy and I don't reommend, you'd also probably have to go to the doctors for a prescription. But do some workout, to increase your metabolism(so you burn fat faster) and then try eating meals in parts, for example, have a cup of coffee in the morning followed by a grapefruit, for lunch have sandwic, and then half an hour later, eat an apple, for dinner do the same thing. But don't avoid eating, because it's making more damage to you, and avoiding brekfast will just make you fatter, beleive it or not. A lot of people used to live on eating like this in the 50s, it doesnt harm you one bit. It's a very healthy way to lose weight. And of course, you really need to avoid pills :) Hope this helps

Abs huh? Try ab-excercises.Since you and my bf are about the same age and probably same physically, I'll tell you some stuff [yes with his bod right now, he'll have an amazing, KILLER BODY when he'll grow taller and older *faints*]. Before eating, you should like maybe do 5-10 min of crunches. Eat how u normally eat, but add a salad to your diet at least twice a week and chew ur food well. Hmmm... and don't always rely on diet and rigorous exercises, be happy and try laughing [with friends too... b/c if u laugh to urself, it's like ur crazy i dunno w/e u want lol. ] because they burn off a couple calories too. Also, green tea does wonders for fat. Drink lots of fluids, since you're an athlete 10-11 glasses of water a day [it helps you attain good breath too ;)]. Oh, and since it's summer already, hit the pool =). Relax, sometimes the pressure of it all will only make it worse, don't worry, everything will be ok, alright?. You're still 15 after all, don't overexert urself!!! =) smile k? and live life! and be happy! do ur hw! >> they may be little things, but the little things do add up in the end =), and it'll be a habit, so you'll instantly start doing that and retain ur rips. >> Once u start doing this u'll have abtastic abs!!! [just like my man] plus it's summer soooo u got plenty of time to get ready for the next school year =) Hehe. Oh and don't stop urself from indulging in ur favorite meals, just don't go overboard. lol. PS. Oh and thanks for the advice earlier . Yes, i have gone to many wise people. =) It's really sweet how you're waiting for your gf. awwwww *heart melts*

There is no magic pill. The only way to tame belly fat is to lose body fat and tone underlying muscles. I know it's not the answer you want to hear, but it's the sad truth. The best thing is to develop healthy habits now that will make staying fit much easier as you get older as well. Consult your doctor about healthy nutrition and safe ways to stay in shape. Crash dieting and excessive fitness regimens can be especially harmful to someone your age. The best thing is to find enjoyable activities that keep you active, and enjoy not-so-healthy treats in moderation only. Find a friend who will join your for daily walks or roller-blading, or whatever you might enjoy doing w/ a friend. And ask your parents to keep healthy snacks in the house.

there is no magic diet pill - if there was one there would be no obese people.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Pills are a waste of money. Start by eating healthier and moving more. Get out and walk around your neighborhood for 10 minutes a day to begin. Then slowly increase the time. If you get bored, ask a friend or family member to go with you.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

Stop eating so much food...... People dont get fat by accident. You need to control how many calories you consume.

The short answer is no. The ultimate weight loss "secret" is good old-fashioned healthy food and exercise. Good luck :-)
